"The hotel itself is very nice. My room was really nice as well. One minor thing was I really needed a microwave to reheat food as I was a tourist and eating seafood. Another thing was the design of the cabinets that house the fridge is weird. It uses magnets but has no handles so I had to pull them open from the bottom which is really awkward. And...one of the elevators in the hotel that takes you to your floor needs service as it makes a VERY loud grating sound and vibration like in some Stephen King horror story and made me really nervous, and of course it was the only one available most of the time. I mentioned it to the elevator person out front. The first night I stayed some dude was kicking his hotel door pretty much off and on all night and yelling. Security was handling it, but I did not get any sleep. I would have given the hotel 5 stars if not for these issues. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I would stay again."

"My daughter and I had an outstanding stay at the Palace Casino in Biloxi. We used the gym, spa, gift shop, restaurants, and casino—and every single area exceeded our expectations. The entire facility was immaculate, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the no-smoking environment, which made the whole experience more enjoyable. The property has a refined, boutique-hotel feel rather than a typical large casino resort, and its location is excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run place to stay and play. We have found our spot and will be back!"
